I tried to have a weekly evening meal plan last year, it helps me use the food I have in the freezer and store-cupboard, it also means I try new recipes, I thought I’d get into planning again- it’s a flexible plan . I often use Weight Watchers recipes, we eat together as a family in the kitchen unless we have visitors when we eat in the Dining area as the table in our kitchen is only big enough for 4- 5 people. Today we ate organic Salmon, there’s an excellent Fish Counter at the local Waitrose store and the Salmon was reduced in price ( I don’t usually buy organic salmon), I don’t shop exclusively at Waitrose either, though they seem to stock products unavailable at other Supermarkets.

The first cottage was more like a ruin , with the roof slipping off but the loaf was fine!
