We’ve been to Derbyshire for the day, we visited Denby, famous for its pottery. We were able to buy some replacement table – ware at the seconds’ shop.
The main reason for our visit to Derbyshire was to attend the welcome service at Castlefields Church for a former elder at our church. Pray that the Lord would bless his ministry there.
The scripture passages were,
1. Nehemiah 6:3 – A great work.
2. 1 Peter 5:2-3 and Ephesians 4:11-16 – Feed the flock, the right food in the right way.
3. 2 Timothy 4:1-5- Evangelise.
