I’ve included the fillings, it doesn’t really matter what the bread is around them, I’ve used white / wholemeal rolls or Tortilla wraps.
Philadelphia Cream Cheese and Raisins .
Philadelphia Cream Cheese , Raisins and Peanuts.
Cream Cheese with chopped red sweet Pepper.
Grated Cheddar with Red pepper in Stottie Cake,a friend introduced me to this type of bread roll, this makes a mega-man-sized sandwich.
Tinned Mackerel (in Brine) with finely chopped onion (Spring/ red / white).
Good ole Cheese and Branston Pickle.
Cheddar and sliced apple.
