I saw this recipe for Banana Millionaire’s Shortbread last Saturday and thought I’d try making it . i had a practise with the ice cream and used the Caramel Condensed Milk. I’ll let you know how it tasted.
I had a practise run with half the quantity of the ice cream, it tasted delicious.
Update, The Verdict
A very rich dessert, I think a thinner layer of shortbread and chocolate would improve it.
